Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
