Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping within Brazil: 3–7 business days.

  • International shipping (if available): 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping within Brazil.

  • International shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Cozy Paws is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Delays
